Newsflash – Swim England East Region LC Championships 2019

The Swim England East Region Swimming Committee have released the qualifying times, race schedule and entry pack for the 2019 Swim England East Region Long Course Championships.

Racing will once again take place over the two bank holiday weekends in May, with reverse distance events for all age groups being held in a separate session on Saturday 18th May.

In a change to previous years, 2019 regional qualifying times may now be achieved between the 1st May 2018 and the entry closing date. This means that times registered at last year’s regional long course championships and summer national meets can now be used to enter the Championships.

It is hoped that this change will be of use to all swimmers, but particularly those competing in distance freestyle events.
