Basildon Autumn Open Short Course Meet 25th-26th Oct’14

Southend took a team of 22 swimmers to race at Basildon’s Autumn Open Meet.

The swimmers performances were excellent amounting to 26 medals. Furthermore, their hard training also paid dividends with over 70% of all their swims achieving PBs.
